Diet
Nuggets and hay/freeze dried grass should be avalible 24/7. Eating the hay/grass strands keeps their digestive system moving and helps prevent their teeth from over growing. We make loads of fun ways of eating hay. (see toys).
Vegetables and fruit should be introduced slowly, so as to not upset Piggys tummys. Our Piggys are feed on vegetables everyday. Any Pigs that come to us are gradually introduced to vegetables so that we dont upset their tummys.

How often

This is a list of the vegetables and fruits you can give to
your Guinea Pig. Please remember to introduce vegetables
and fruits slowly. Give fruits as a rare treat.

Remember not all Pigs will like every vegetable and fruit.
Slowly try a few things from the list and see what your
Piggy likes. If your Guinea Pig develops diarrhea you
should withdraw all vegatables for a few days to allow
it to clear up. If you have introduced the new vegatables
one at a time you will know which one has caused the
problem.
