Sponsorship
Sponsoring an animal can make the world of differnce to that animal and the rescue. The money received for sponsorship will help to pay for food, bedding, operations, vet bills and vaccinations. You will receive a lovely picture of your sponser "child" aswell as updates of their progress. This does take a lot of time though so please be paitent.

Sponsoring an animal can be a great gift to a loved one. Maybe you are unable to offer an animal a loving home because of personal reasons/allergies. Sponsorship is the perfect answer.

Sponsorship could be as much or as little as you wish, you could donate once a year or once a month.

Please get in contact with your details and the name of the animal(s) you wish to sponsor. We can then discuss the sponsoring process.

Our sponsor animals:
Storm
She came to us very scared and very wild. Storm would attack anything that moved, she would bite and claw at everything and everyone. She has come a long way since she has been here. She is now calmer than when she came but we are unable to rehome her safely as she can still give a nasty nip.
Hazel
Hazel has a head tilt and has a very serious allergy to readigrass. She is currently the head of the herd of girls.
Badger
Badger was found in a pet shop, running around the pen with bigger boars. He was almost bald underneath and was suffering from an obvious fungal problem. We took him home after the shop tried to convince us he was 8 weeks old. He was nearer 8 days old and very tiny and weak. He survived dispite the odds being against him and is now living here as a sponsor Piggy. He doesn't grow much and is very prone to colds and illnesses :(.
Badgers sponsors: Sheila Perkins
Henry
Henrys sponsors: Natalie

Henry was our first "real" Bunny rescue. He was abandoned by his owners in a cold hutch with no food, hay or drinkable water. His water bottle was thick with algea. His teeth had grown around his mouth in such a way that he couldn't eat or drink. He was so ill when we collected him. For a few months afterwards he would have nightmares and was so scared of human contact. We can only imagine what he has been through. We believe he was dropped onto his face as a baby. He is coming along so well now, but unfortunatly needs an operation to remove his teeth as trimming them is just becoming too painful for him.
Penguin and Polar
A bonded pair of Netherland Dwarf Rabbits. Penguin has no teeth and is unable to keep himself clean, so will need to remain here as in the summer months Penguin will be very susceptible to fly strike.

Oliver
Olivers sponsors - Doris

Oliver is now a sponser Hamster as his heart stopped and was resuscitated, unfortunatly this may happen again so we feel it is better for him to stay here where we can keep a close eye on him.
Spider
Spider - Unfortunatly spider has the bone structure of a rat inside the tiny shell of a hamster body. We are unsure of any health issues this will cause in later life so we feel it is only fair that she stay here at PPAR to be monitored closly.
